Get an expert working to ensure your wedding or event runs smoothly so you can fully enjoy your celebration. Management is perfect if your event planning is already done, but you want someone to handle day-of logistics and manage any issues that might arise. Hourly rates start at $100 per hour for one manager and discounted wedding management or coordination packages are available too.
Full Day
Wedding Management
We’ll be the point of contact for vendors or anyone with questions or concerns about your day. This includes supervising vendor setup and deliveries, ensuring everything is
ready for your ceremony and reception, and making sure your celebration goes
smoothly. One in-person meeting, a 1-hour rehearsal, and 10 hours of management with one manager are included. Additional staff or additional management hours are available but not included in package price.

Wedding Management
We’ll be there for your ceremony and reception to ensure everything runs smoothly. One in-person meeting, a 1-hour rehearsal, and up to 6 hours of management with one manager are included. Additional staff or additional management hours are available but are not included in the package price.
